Dr. Baneth Elvira
I graduated from Semmelweis University of Budapest (Hungary) in 2006.
I have been working as a physician (family doctor) since 2010 in Belgium.
My interest in Functional Medicine stems from my own experience as a patient where I transformed my health using simple nutrition and lifestyle principles using quality supplements.
I took a special interest in nutrition at the end of my medical studies, which then led me to a path towards functional medicine: a novel approach of looking at improving patients’ health.
What I love about this is that it demands an open-mind and taught me to always look at the why and how. This what fuels my drive to keep learning and innovating.
I view my relation with my patients as a partnership that provides immense satisfaction when I can contribute to their health improvement.
I work closely with a nutritionist to fit the nutrition to each patient based on their blood test, urine, or feces test.
